The Drop
What does "limited drop" actually mean? Every Bearworth release is made in a fixed quantity. Once a size or colorway sells out, it's gone — we don't restock. If you see something you want, that's the moment to grab it, not "later."
Will you restock the August drop? No. Once it's sold out, it's retired. That's the whole point — each drop is its own moment, not an ongoing SKU.
How do I get early access before the public launch? Join the Bear Pack (sign up in the footer or at checkout). VIP members get early access before the general public — including a heads-up window before each drop goes live to everyone else.
Sizing & Fit
How do your pieces fit? Sizes run small, we would recommend going on size up if you like a comfortable fit.
Do you have a size chart? You can find the size chart in each product description.
What if I order the wrong size? See our exchange policy below — reach out through the Contact page and we'll sort it out. Sizing depends on remaining stock.
Shipping
How long does shipping take? Shipping takes 2-4 days to process + 4-8 days transit time for domestic US and International shipping often runs 2-4 weeks.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order? You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Add yourself to the Bear Pack list to make sure you don't miss it.
Returns
What's your return policy? The return window is 14 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Return shipping is covered by the customer.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do? Reach out through the Contact page with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
Payment & Ordering
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order after I place it? Reach out as soon as possible through the Contact page — once an order starts processing, we may not be able to make changes.
